Karen Cockrill, Founder of Snaggle Foot Dog Walks & Pet Care, shares the origins of the company name:

"Our first family pet was a mischevious little Beagle, Dixie, that my brother surprisingly brought home one summer. Like most Beagles, Dixie was very good at not following directions and sniffing her way into all sorts of trouble. True to form, one day she hopped over the little guard fence surrounding my dad's garden, dug up a few vegetables, then hurriedly tried to escape once she realized she had been spotted in the forbidden garden. On her way out, she snagged her hind paw on the fence, and for the next few days, walked around with little limp. Thankfully she wasn't seriously injured, but it did provide some amusement to the family, and hence how her term of endearment, 'Snaggle Foot', was born."
